OKPRI:  Researcher / Investigator

I’ve only lived in Oklahoma a few years, but I have developed a passion to learn more of its history and past. Since moving here, I have try to learn something new all the time about the community I live in or the one I work in. My job in the media industry has allowed me to be nosy and research, which is a major passion of mine. I can’t stop learning or wanting to learn.

From the time I was a child I loved hearing the ghost stories or watching the “scare your pants off movies,” but I wasn’t really sure if there was an other side or if ghosts even existed. It wasn’t until I met the OKPRI team that I became more of a believer. I was given the opportunity to tag along on a few investigations before being invited to join the group. The first night, I was hooked. I’m looking for more evidence and being more open to the possibility of paranormal activity, something I wasn’t doing before.

When I’m not investigating or researching, I’m a wife and a reporter that covers city and county government/politics at an area newspaper.
