The House of Dolls

& May 2007 History: This 2-Story home was
built in 1901 and has been home to a few different families.
The current homeowners stated that they have only lived in
the home for a short time but they noticed activity shortly
after moving in. To our knowledge, there have been no
reported deaths in the home that we can find record of and
we had no way to contact
The upstairs of this home is unoccupied but contains 3 furnished bedrooms and one bathroom. The homeowners have stated that they hear what sounds like people moving around and talking upstairs late at night and have even stated that a neighbor has asked them if they had started using the upstairs part of the house since they would also see lights turned on and then the silhouettes of people. The home also contains a lot of antique items that we thought might be possible cause for some of the activity although the homeowners report that they have currently owned the same items in another home and had no activity whatsoever. Our team investigated this home a couple of different times and most of us had personal experiences each time in various parts of the home. The two most active areas while we were there were the basement and the upstairs front bedroom however we did have some movement of a porcelain doll in the back front master bedroom. The Basement: The basement proved
to be intriguing as there were several investigators who heard an audible voice
on different occasions and 3 of The Front Upstairs Bedroom:
The Back Upstairs Bedroom: This room was
interesting for one specific reason. There was a porcelain doll that
fell over on its own three different Upon conclusion of our investigation at this residence, we feel that the homeowners do have a haunting taking place and we believe that we have had enough personal experiences and have a haunting taking place and we believe that we have had enough personal experiences and have found enough evidence to back up our conclusion.
Upon arriving at this house I felt drawn to the upstairs area of the home. it wasn't until I stood on the front porch that I felt there the spirit an older woman and young girl residing in the home. I had not spoken previously with the homeowners about any type of activity taking place so I had no idea that they were seeing this older woman and young girl. I did feel that there was a lot of residual energy in the home from all the antiques items however I did not feel like they were the room cause of the haunted taking place. I tried to speak with the woman and small child however they would not divulge much information other than it was the older woman who was there protecting the home and it was the little girl that was responsible for the majority of the various items being moved within the home.

the
previous owners to find out if they had any activity taking
place in the home either. The homeowners have reported
seeing a woman and a little girl in the home. They
also stated that they have had things moved throughout the
home as well, particularly porcelain dolls. They told
us the story of a 3 foot porcelain doll that they have in
the master bedroom that moves from one side of the room to
the other room. The homeowners stated that they had
placed the doll on one side of the room but when the doll
kept moving several times on its own to the other side of
the room so they finally gave up and left it on the one side
it kept being put on. Since then they haven't had the
doll move across the room. That was one of
the unique things that we noticed about this house is the
fact that it had many porcelain dolls positioned all
throughout the house.
our investigator's witnessed a rocking chair quickly moving on its own before
quickly coming to a stop. None of our team members touched the chair nor
did we bump into it. The chair also had a strange motion to it as it
quickly started rocking and then instead of gradually coming to a stop, it
suddenly stopped. A strange laughter was heard after the chair stopped
rocking however none of our equipment picked up the laughter. Shortly
before the rocking of the chair, there was also a bag placed in the chair by an
unknown source which wasn't there when the investigators first looked at the
chair.
This
room looked like any ordinary room however it proved to hold a few secrets of
its own. There was a picture frame that ended up being placed on the bed
after our initial sweep and there was no one in the house to move it before we
came back in. One of our investigators saw a shadow run into
the room and after recreations of the shadow were tried, we could not find an
explanation for the shadow. Also two of our investigators saw an
apparition standing in this same room over by the bedroom dresser. Three
of our investigators witnessed a ceiling fan cord moving on its own in a
circular movement and not one of our investigators bumped into or touched any
part of the fan and the ceiling fan itself was turned off. ( Video of Moving

times while a sit-down was being conducted in this room. On another
occasion one of our investigators saw this 3 foot doll move forward about 5 on
its own. Recreations of these events were done but were not able to be
reproduced and measurements were made to track the movement of the doll from its
original positions, however after the position was marked, we experienced no
other activity with the doll.
