Initial Interview:
This residence is currently occupied by a family. Some of the current experiences in the home include:

The family hears a fathom radio playing.

The clients hear shuffling of items in different rooms of their home,

Furniture is moved around on its own in the house.

Their animals seeing an unknown presence that isn't there.

The family feels like they are always being watched.
There have been no deaths in this home.
Historical/Factual/Relevant Info:
This house was originally built in 1939 and remained in control of the same family, the Dobson's, for 40 years until it was sold and used as a rental unit.
Investigation Report
Client Interview
When OKPRI first arrived at this location we interviewed the homeowners and all took a tour of the home (except for Christy.) The homeowner’s were not scared to live in their home like some clients, they were just more interested in knowing what type of activity they had going on. The main phenomenon were things being moved in the house and sounds coming from empty rooms as if someone or something were rummaging through their belongings but when they would check the room for the source, no one would be there. They reported their back patio furniture being rearranged around and a stack of red bricks mysteriously appearing and being stacked up in their back yard. Their pets also barked and hissed at things that weren’t there. When OKPRI checked out this house initially there did not appear to be much activity taking place in the home.
Sweeps
At this house OKPRI members personally witnessed shadows in various areas of the home. During one of our sweeps Cathy took a photograph in the spare bedroom and saw a tall shadow of a man standing in the room when the flash of her camera went off. At first she thought it was Chris but after the flash went off, she noticed that it was not Chris, as he was in the room next door and not in the spare bedroom where she had seen the shadow.During a sweep of the home, Chris and Mike couple of investigators chased a small shadow about the size of a cat into the master bedroom of the home. When OKPRI asked the homeowners if they had any animals deaths in the home, particularly that of a cat, they did report a cat who had died and they also had noticed strange behavior from their own house cat who would hiss at the air and act strangely as if his territory was
being invaded by another cat. They also reported lying in bed one night when they felt like their cat had jumped up on the bed with them but when they looked, there was nothing there.
During a sweep of the home, Cathy, Taylor, Mike and Christy heard a large crash of a heavy object hit the bathroom floor. Upon further inspection of the sound, investigators noticed a set of hair clippers lying on the bathroom floor. It had been noted earlier that the clippers were lying on the back of the toilet. Prior to the sit-down, Cathy noticed a large shadow mass move from the outer bedroom wall across the inner bedroom wall and move out into the hallway. At the same time she saw this large shadow mass
move into the hall, Dustin saw the shadow turn into large lights which quickly shot off into the living room.
During the sit-down time during of the house a little while later, Cathy and Christy were in the living room area and one was standing by the entrance to the hallway when both investigators heard a child like voice saying, "Mama." This was recorded on our audio as an evp. A short time later in this same living room, Christy and Logan both saw a man standing in the doorway of the hallway. One of them took a picture and as soon as the flash lit up the room, the man disappeared from the doorway.
On the second investigation of this home, Christy was sitting in the spare bedroom again doing a sit-down. Cathy and Dustin were sitting in the hallway. All the sudden all 3 investigators began seeing lights all over different areas of the room and into the hallway. The white lights were different shapes and sizes and they would shoot out into the hall and into the living room. Most of the lights were elongated and moved across the wall from right to left. Some were large and round while others were elongated vertically. Cathy took photographs during the investigation when these lights were seen and later discovered several interesting photos of light anomalies when she went through her photos. These photographs were taken at various times during the investigation when the light anomalies were seen through the house. Below are 2 photos with light anomalies that were captured during this investigation.
When OKPRI was packing up to leave, a man’s voice was recorded on audio telling the group to shut up, hurry up and get out and leave.

Conclusion:
Since the homeowners were not afraid to be in their home wanted confirmation of what they had taking place in their home, OKPRI concluded their investigation of this case after multiple investigations and after recorded evidence and research information was turned over to the homeowners.
Psychic Investigator’s Comments
When I did my walk thru of this home, I came across a young man between the age of 24 to 26 who was very troubled. His name was Jeremy and in life he had been raised by his grandmother and he was a fairly decent young man until he turned 21. After his 21st birthday, he got into some trouble and began using drugs and hanging out with crowds of bad influenced people. For some reason he had angered some of these
people who had turned on him and who ended up trying to kill him. He was looking for a missing box that he had once had that had important items in it. He was very concerned because he had lost his key for this box and he is looking for the key so he can retrieve the items in the box. I got the impression that this young man had buried the box either in the back yard or in another back yard area where he had once lived. He was very concerned with his personal property and was not really too interested in OKPRI being there and investigating the house.
