Client Claims:

The closet in the guest bedroom opened twice while the homeowner was cleaning in the closet. Other family members were in the living room, the A/C was not running at the time, and no other doors were opening/closing.
Feelings of being watched, nausea, and head pressure in the guest bedroom and closet.

A light in the hall bathroom turns back on when the lights turn off, creepy feelings in that bathroom. (Electrician inspected wiring and states it is in good order.)
A friend’s son was sitting in the living room near the back door when it kept opening despite his pushing it closed. The storm door was closed, and no windy weather or other openings in other locations.
The baby monitor captures movement and shadows in the room when something is not there and calls/alerts parents when nobody is in the room (including the baby and the cat).
The family saw a cat-like figure movement that moved away from their cat towards something near the nursery door, but when the family looked, nothing was there.
The family cat reacts, stares, and alerts with hair standing to nothing that owners can see. This is not typical behavior observed in other homes the family has lived in.
Lights near an antique WWI rifle have malfunctioned, but have improved when the rifle is removed from the home. Other activities at home remained the same.
Activity has been escalating since cosmetic remodeling has been conducted on the home. It usually occurs daily to every other day.

Historical/Factual/Relevant Info:

The client’s 1,765 sq ft one-story home was built in 1979 and has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms on a corner lot. The homeowner grew up across the street, and the former owners live in a different home across the street. They purchased the home in August of 2020. There is no record of anyone dying in the home in the past. There were family deaths in the year previous to this investigation.

During the investigation, it was suspected that the spirit of a teen who died in a tragic car accident with friends was present on the evening of the investigation. An extensive search of internet records and newspaper archives revealed the following death of Lacy Krause on March 8, 2023. Her dark red hair, as pictured in this photo, resembles the description from Christy as she picked up on a young female spirit. The crash that closely matches what Christy had sensed is described as follows and occurred on South 161st West Avenue.

Fox 23 News report, Mar 8, 2023:

Two 15-year-old boys and one 17-year-old girl were killed. The driver of the car, a 16-year-old boy, was taken to the hospital with critical injuries to his head and chest. Two of the victims have been identified. OHP said the passengers were ejected from the car on impact. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.

Family and friends started building a memorial to remember three teenagers who died in a car accident in Creek County, just west of Sapulpa. Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a Ford Focus had slammed into a tree, ejecting passengers and pinning the driver inside.

The crash also killed a 15-year-old, along with another 15-year-old who we have not yet identified. OHP says the driver, a 16-year-old male, survived and was transported in critical condition to a St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa. Troopers say airbags were equipped but didn't deploy, and the use of seatbelts is still under investigation. They say speeding was likely the cause of the accident.

Client Interview

7:07 p.m. – Our team arrived at the location around 7 p.m. and soon started our client interview at 7:07 p.m. Christy was waiting outside on the porch while Kathy and Curtis walked through the home with the client. Kathy had taken Christy’s audio recorder with her on the client tour. While in the master bedroom area around 7:18 pm., the male homeowner was showing a WW2 rifle to Kathy when Christy’s audio recorder picked up a female voice in the sound of an “unknown female whisper.” This whispery voice sounded perhaps like a 1-syllable voice, but it was so light, we could not make out what was being said.

Set-Up – 8:00 p.m.

8:47 p.m. - Christy is at base, and Kathy, Curtis, and Anthony were in one of the other rooms discussing something about a woman who had something around her neck. Christy’s audio recorder picked up a woman’s voice that was like the first and very whispery, only this time the “unknown female voice 2” sounded like it was 2 syllables.

8:56 pm: Christy is at base getting statistics for the evening on her computer. Kathy, Curtis, and Anthony are in the master bedroom setting up and discussing the plan for the evening. Christy is alone, and the others can’t be heard on the recorder. You can hear her breathing, and a male voice is heard saying, “air.”

Right after this, at around 9:02 p.m., Christy’s audio recorder, which was still sitting at the base, picked up this same whispery woman’s voice when our team was talking about the cameras and set-up. Again, this voice was so light it could not be made out. “Unknown female voice 3”

9:18 p.m. – A light ball went off in the spare bedroom. The family’s cat did not cause this activation because the cat was in the front playroom. This activation was captured on video. While reviewing footage of the above incident at base, Christy felt something rub up on her left leg twice. This was not the cat because again, the cat was still in the front play area

9:34 p.m. – A different light ball was activated, but this time in the front play area. We were all in the back dining room area, where our base was set up, including the family cat. This incident was also captured on video.

10:09 p.m. – Christy broke off from the team and went into the nursery room to do a little sit-down by

herself. After tuning in, Christy saw a vision of the bedroom door slowly opening and a full-size shadow of a man standing there in the doorway. She also saw the image of the client’s baby standing up at the end of her crib, looking at the man.

Investigative Sweeps – 10:20 p.m.

Our group began going from room to room to conduct our sweeps, taking baseline readings. Afterwards, we decided to conduct a sit-down in the nursery.

Sit-down (Nursery): 10:35 pm

11:26 pm - Kathy was setting up for the Estes session when the air conditioner turned on. Christy

commented on how powerful the system is when it comes on. Anthony agrees that it comes on loud. Then a voice can be heard in a loud whisper saying, “yeah,” followed by an exhale.

During our Estes session, we had the light ball located in the crib, activate on 2 different occasions. It’s important to note that even though the family’s cat was present in the room with us, the cat’s movement was not the source of the activation. Below are the pictures: The one on the left is the original, and the one on the right is marked to show the location in the crib where the activated light ball is.

Sit-down (Guest Room): 1:05 am

1:06 am: Kathy was discussing how the family cat was helping to view the laser grid as the team was starting a sit-down in the guest bedroom when her recorder had picked up a whistle that was not heard or acknowledged by anybody present.

1:03 a.m. - Sit-Down in Spare Bedroom:

Our group did a sit-down in the spare bedroom. We set up a laser grid facing the bedroom closet that connected to the nursery closet on the other side of the wall. After monitoring this room for a while, we did not have any activity happen.

1:22 a.m. - We were at base looking at the cameras, discussing whether the cat had previously made the cat ball activate. During this time, Christy’s audio recorder captured a woman’s voice that said, “No,” as if she was disagreeing with what we were talking about.

1:45 a.m. - Our team was in the kitchen and living room area, conducting a sit-down. Christy was

relaying to the team what she was picking up on psychically concerning the spirit of a man’s wife named Evelyn. While having this discussion, Christy’s audio recorder picked up a woman’s whispery voice, which could not be understood as clear words. “Woman’s whisper 4”

1:46 a.m. Our team was still in the living room area while Christy continued talking about the spirit of the man and what she felt was being conveyed to her. As she spoke about the man being there in the residence, she mentioned how she felt he didn’t fully recognize or like the house for the way it was set up today, and he wanted it back the way it once was. Christy’s audio recorder happened to capture an EVP of a man’s voice saying, ‘I want it back now.” I was assuming the man was referring to how he wanted the house to look now, since he didn’t like the way it was currently.

2:40 a.m. - Wrap-Up

Our group continued our investigation of the house for about one more hour. The activity appeared to have slowed down and puttered out for a bit. Since the activity was slow and since it was getting late into the evening, our team began to wrap up for the evening, and tear down our equipment. Our audio recorders were still recording during tear down to continue monitoring for any potential activity that could occur during wrap-up. During this time, there was, however, no further evidence recorded.

Psychic Investigator’s Comments

Male

I encountered two different spirits at this location, one male and one young teenage female. The male I encountered seemed to be possibly connected to the home’s past. His energy felt very attached to the location, as if he might have lived there previously.

I first felt his energy in the kitchen area of the home after walking through the area to bring equipment into the back base set-up area. I got an image of a man cooking in the kitchen. He told me that he liked his cooking better than his wife’s, so he was the primary cook. When I went out to the garage area, I saw this same man on the right side of the garage, tinkering around with something on a 6-foot-long wooden workbench. On the wall above the bench, I saw what looked like a pegboard of some type, and it had various tools hanging up on it. In real life, the garage does not have a work area set up like this. While conducting a sit-down, I began to convey information about what the man was telling me through the communication I was having with him. He told me that he didn’t fully recognize or like the house for the way it was set up today, and he wanted it back the way it once was. My audio recorder happened to capture an EVP of a man’s voice saying, "I want it back now.” I was assuming the man was referring to how he wanted the house to look now, since he didn’t like the way it was currently. I conveyed the message to the current homeowners. This man also wanted to find his wife. I tried to encourage him to cross over to the other side, where he would be able to find his wife and other loved ones.

Young Teenage Female

I also encountered a young teenage girl. She had reddish-brown hair and felt 16 or 17 years old. She told me that she had died in a car accident nearby. She also told me that she didn’t reside in this residence; she just happened to wander over to it this evening because she knew we would be there. During my conversation with her, she told me that she felt awful about her death, and she was feeling a lot of guilt and shame. When I asked her why, she told me that she wasn’t supposed to have gone out the night of her death. Her parents told her no, but she disobeyed them and left. She had seen the aftermath of how her death had affected her family, and she wanted to let her parents know that she was sorry, but she was also okay.
