There are no known deaths in the home.

Historical/Factual/Relevant Info:

The client’s 1314 square foot rental home was built in 1953. It is a single-story ranch with a detached garage While researching the history and ownership of the client’s home, a photo taken by a property assessor in 2003 reveals that the home had some major damage from what appears to have been a fire.  Photo taken for Oklahoma County Assessor in 2003. Oklahoma County Assessor photos do not have any other photos posted until 2005 and shows the home had been repaired from the apparent fire at some point between the years 2003 and 2005. A thorough search of the local newspaper and television news station do not reveal any information about the fire that had occurred at the

home. As a result, no information could be obtained as to the nature of the fire and if it has any connection to electrical disturbances described in the client’s paranormal claims.

There is no evidence of any tragic event occurring on the property. Due to the amount of paranormal claims and due to the amount of activity our team experienced at this location upon our first initial investigation, a second investigation of this location was conducted and will be listed as Investigation #2 and will follow Investigation Report #1.

Investigation Report

 Client Interview 1

Our team arrived at the location and began the initial interview with the renters, husband and wife, as well as their former next door neighbor. After the interview, the client gave us a tour of the home to show the known areas of activity. At the conclusion of the tour, the clients went outside and sat on the front lawn while the team conducted our investigation. During the interview, Ashley’s recorder captured a female voice saying, “My house.”

Client Interview 2

Our team arrived at the location and began the initial interview with the renters, husband and wife. This is a re-investigation of the client's home. The number of household member has change to the husband and wife as well as another adult and 3 children. The client claims that the activity has picked up since the first investigation of the home. The wife stated that the home was quiet the night of first investigation but, has since had extreme activity to include sounds of banging cabinets, glasses rattling, and just a lot of noise. The wife has confirmed that she has put away all of the clowns, which were reported to be the center of activity prior to the initial investigation.  At the conclusion of the interview, the clients went outside and sat on the front lawn while the team conducted our investigation.

Setup

The team then began setting up equipment throughout the home. During this time, Christy’s audio recorder which was sitting on the dining room table, picked up a male’s voice saying, “I want you now.”

While we were setting up the cameras in the various locations, Cyrena’s recorder which was sitting on the kitchen counter captured both these male sounding EVP’s, “Hey now.” And “Kill it.”

While our team was looking at the stationary camera set up, Christy’s audio recorder was sitting on the dining room table when it picked up two whispers saying, “Hey” and “Hey 2.”

Setup 2

The team then began setting up equipment throughout the home. While discussing camera angles with Cyrena, Ashley began to round the corner going into the hallway and heard a moan in her left ear. She turned around to see who was behind her, but no one was following. None of the other team members reported hearing the noise at that time, “Moan.”  While Gary, Kathy, and Ashley were talking more about the recording of the camera angles, Cyrena's audio recorder sitting on the kitchen table captured a male voice saying, “Oh yeah” (male’s voice).

Walkthrough 1

Once the equipment setup was complete, Christy and the team began walking through each room of the home. The first room was the living room. While in the living room, Cyrena’s recorder captured a male voice saying, “Goodbye.” Also in the living room, Christy picked up on the spirit of a little boy named Dale. During this time, Ashley reported hearing a child’s voice. Unfortunately after reviewing her audio, she was not able to capture what she heard. Cyrena’s recorder captured the child’s voice as well as a male voice saying what sounds like, “okay, k,” as responses from both of them to a question Christy asked.

The team then moved into the first bedroom in the home. While in this room, Christy was talking about the older woman named Gram, whom she felt to be there, several of the team members heard footsteps in the hallway.  Ashley thought she also heard a child’s voice right before the footsteps which were both captured by Christy’s audio recorder, “child and footsteps.” Recreations of the footsteps were tried and could not be totally recreated.  On another note there was no one in the hallway at the time when the footsteps were heard.

After the walkthrough was complete, the team was taking a break in the dining room. The team was in the dining room area having a discussion. Ashley suddenly called out to the group that she could hear the tri-field meter going off in the master bedroom.  “(Tri-Field Activation)” The Tri-field electromagnetic detector alarm coming from on top of the dresser in the master bedroom.

Upon entering the room, both Kathy and Ashley stated there was a heavy feeling in the room. Ashley also reported getting goose bumps & that the room was noticeably colder than usual. A few minutes later, the Tri-field detector alarmed again “(Tri-Field Activation 2)” and the heavy feeling in the room had returned causing further chills felt by sensitive team members. Photos were taken, but nothing appeared in the images. The sensitivity of the Tri-field was adjusted as a control for future activation of the device. Christy thought it might have been an older woman spirit that the device was picking up on. The team then moved back into the dining room and continued their discussion. During this time, Cyrena’s audio recorder captured a male voice saying, “Stop talking about me.” and “I don’t why.” A few minutes later a female voice saying, “shut face.”  The tri-field then active again in the master bedroom.  (Tri-Field Activation 3)

Break

After the walkthrough was complete, a few of the team members went outside to take a short break. Ashley and Kathy were inside reviewing recordings from the DVR when Cyrena’s audio recorder sitting on the counter picked both of these recordings, “hello male” and “smack bugs female.”

The team then regrouped and discussed what was occurring. Cyrena and Ashley left the home at this time to go to the store. Christy and Kathy had stayed in the dining room sitting at the computer monitor. They were the only two people in the house when they heard a loud bang coming from the area of the stove. (Kitchen knock 1) Less than one minute later, the knock was heard again. (Kitchen knock 2)

It is interesting to note that these knocks were not heard before or after this moment in the investigation. Curtis had come in from outside and can be heard early in this clip. Kathy and Christy investigate the sounds and test a recreation that determined the noise was very similar to a knock on the kitchen stove.

Shortly after the recreations, team members concluded that the banging was paranormal in nature, especially since right before the banging sound, Christy’s audio recorder picked up an EVP saying, “get it.” Cyrena had placed her audio recorder in the master bedroom when she left and had captured it all clearly from a different angle, (Kitchen knocking.)  During this same time, Cyrena’s audio recorder in the master bedroom captured several other EVP’s. (Knock), “Yeah”  “Oh yeah, yeah.”

After Ashley and Cyrena returned, Kathy took a bathroom break and caught a “male voice and a child” at the same time in the bathroom. She could not tell what they were saying though. At the same time, Cyrena’s recorder still in the master bedroom captured a “Bedroom knocking,”

Sweeps

The sweeps phase of the investigation is where the team collects environmental data such as temperature and electromagnetic field (EMF) baseline values and/or fluctuations along with photographs of the environment. The team began this phase in the kitchen. At about 11:28pm, Kathy had announced a slight fluctuation in the environmental EMF when an audible male voice is heard by the team saying, “hey.”  It can be heard at 3 seconds into the clip.

At 11:40pm, the team moved into the hallway to continue environmental sweeps. Kathy called out a temperature and EMF reading from the bathroom. A faint EVP was caught right after she said, “I should probably close that” referring to the bathroom door. This EVP is at 10 seconds into the clip and sounds as if it said, “that hurts.” It’s important to note that another strange voice can be heard at 11 seconds into this clip and sounds male. This was analyzed by the team and has been determined to be Curtis.

Sit-Down 1

The team started the final sit-down phase of the investigation in the master bedroom. Christy was speaking to the child spirit, Dale, that she had been sensing and told him she would ask the client to remove the clowns because they are apparently are scaring him. Kathy’s audio recorder captured a child’s voice saying, “okay, thank you.”  Christy continued to speak to the boy spirit and asked him about the older man spirit in the home. When she asked about his name, it seems the child confirms the Dilbert name as a similar sound to the previous EVP.  “Yeah (child’s voice)” is a high whistle-like sound that continues in what seems to be a direct conversation with Christy. It seems the child says, “that’s right,” after Christy asks who is getting in bed with the client at night. Christy hears these words and states so in the audio clip. Christy then asks if there is anything else that the spirits would like to communicate. Cyrena’s audio recorder captured the child’s voice saying, “no.” The child voice was not heard by anyone else until the audio review phase after the investigation.

The team decided to move in to the dining room and continue the final sit down session. While leaving the master bedroom, the team was in the hallway talking about how they could smell cigar smoke when Christy and Cyrena had heard what sounded like movement coming from nearby.  (Something moves) The team then moved on to sit down in the dining room area.  After about 20 minutes, one of our team members who was monitoring the stationary cameras, noticed a strange light anomaly on the DVR camera which was recording in the dining room area. (See Video) Discussions, analysis, and attempted recreations of this video were made but there was no explanation as to what it was.  This light anomaly is a

bright light that twists and turns in direction and it also appears to have a light streak behind the main light source in front.

This is a video of the strange light anomaly captured.

Sit-Down 2

It

Christy then asks if there is anything else that the spirits would like to communicate. Cyrena’s audio recorder captured the child’s voice saying, “no.” The child voice was not heard by anyone else until the audio review phase after the investigation.

Towards the end of the evening, the group decided to set up an audio experiment. They setup a music recording of children’s songs playing in the back room while everyone left the house. After reviewing her audio, Ashley seems to have captured what sounds like a male yelling over top of the music.  “Yell” (male’s voice)

Wrap-up 1

Once the sit down phase was over, the team decides it is time to wrap up the investigation and break down the equipment. Cyrena’s audio recorder captured a male voice saying, “give u,” while the team was breaking down the equipment. At the end of the evening, Kathy noticed that a small cabinet in the bathroom had been moved from its original position. They all thought someone else had moved it, but after talking as a group they realized that none of them had touched it. The team then assumed that the scooting sound that Cyrena had heard was from this cabinet moving on its own. Our team had a camera in the bathroom but our camera did not record the movement of the cabinet due to our camera placement being higher up than the placement of the cabinet.  When the team went into the bathroom to check out the cabinet that had been moved, Christy’s audio recorder picked up an EVP of a male’s voice saying, “get out.”  Shortly after this, a couple of team members heard a clicking type sound and discovered it to be unknown movement of the shower curtain rings.  This sound of the (shower curtain rings move) was captured on Christy’s audio recorder.

The cabinet in it's original position in the bathroom.

Conclusion:

Our team feels like this location is definitely haunted by at least 3 different spirits.  The first is a male spirit named Delbert who did not want anything to do with us but was more so concerned with telling us to get out of the residence.  The older female spirit there identified herself as Gram and seemed content being in the home.  We did tell her she had to stop rearranging the kitchen and be nice to the residents of the home.  She wasn’t interested in leaving the residence or getting help of any sorts.  The little boy spirit named Dale was happy in the home because he said the girls there were his friends but he still missed his mommy and daddy.  We advised the clients that they could have clergy come in and bless the home to see about having the spirits leave.  The female homeowner stated that her friend’s dad was a preacher and was going to come in and bless/cleanse the home within a few weeks.

Psychic Investigator’s Comments: Christy Clark

I really enjoyed this investigation and it was nice to finally come across a residential location that produced some good evidence and that allowed us to witness some interesting paranormal activity while on location.  The house in general did not have a “creepy vibe” to it but at times, especially in the back hall area, one could say they got the feeling of being watched.

One of the first spirits that I encountered here was that of a little boy by the name of Dale.  He appeared to be a little white boy with brown hair and big brown eyes.  He was looking for his mommy and daddy and didn’t know how he had gotten there or where his mommy and daddy was at.  I did get the feeling that he was possibly kidnapped back in the early 1980’s but from where I wasn’t sure.  He also stated that he didn’t like the clowns that were in the home because they scared him.  His statement made sense because after my walk through, I mentioned to the client that the little boy ghost did not like the clowns in the home and she said that was nice to know because the clown figurines kept coming off the wall and her daughters kept saying they hadn’t touched the clown figurines.

The female homeowner said that she was going to go ahead and remove all of the clowns within the home since the little boy ghost did not like them. The male spirit that was there said his name was Delbert and he did not want us to be there.  He did not want to interact much with us or give us information about himself.  We felt like he was playing games with us and was the one responsible for setting off our Tri-field meter and for possibly creating the banging in the kitchen area.  We were able to get an evps recorded of a male’s voice saying, get out which told us that we weren’t wanted there by this male spirit.   The female spirit that was there called herself Gram and she appeared to be there due to a connection with one of the females in the home.  She admitted to being the one who was messing around in the kitchen, opening cupboards and rearranging things.  She admitted to being a little picky about the way things went and were done and said that she liked to do things her way.

Overall the spirits in the home did not feel threatening, just menacing at times.  The little boy ghost was the sweetest and non-troubling, he was just looking for his mommy and daddy and a place where he could belong.  Upon our research, we did try to find kidnapping records for the little boy but were unable to find any for the area.  We did try to tell the little boy that he could call out to his angels and they would help take him home to his mommy and daddy.
