Feelings of being watched.

There have been no deaths in the building.
Historical/Factual/Relevant Info:
George Peter Schwab immigrated to the United States from Germany in 1890, the same year he married his wife, Katie. U.S. Census records for 1900 list George as a soup maker in Leavenworth County Kansas. He and Katie had two children, Christopher and Katie B., before moving to Oklahoma City. The 1910 Census lists George as a butcher along with two additional children, Walter J. and Freda L., both born in Oklahoma. George opened Schwab & Co. in 1912 where it still remains today under family ownership and is Oklahoma’s oldest meat distributor in the state.
Investigation Report
Client Interview
Our team arrived at the location and conducted an interview with the plant owner who also showed us around the facility. After our tour, our group began to set up equipment throughout the building. After our equipment was set up, our team began to start our sweeps. Christy, Ashley and Kathy were in the packaging room at the start of the walkthrough phase of the investigation. Christy announces that she heard a sound that she described similar to a breathy noise or a plastic door dragging. Kathy was near the left cooler door while the rest of the team was on the other side of the room. Kathy’s digital audio recorder picked up the “Noise in packing room” as described yet Kathy did not hear it at that moment. Other team members state that they had also heard the noise. Christy’s audio recorder also picked up this same breathy sound. “Loud breath”
Our group decided to do a sit-down in the small room off to the side of the smokers in the main room per the owner’s request since the side room was where the owners stated their grandfather used to like to hang out and tinker around. While our team was getting set up to do the sit-down, Christy heard what sounded like a rock being scuffed across the floor. “Rock scuffling.” Once our team was in place and was ready to begin our sit-down, we decided to do some short recordings of audio baiting in which each investigator present would record 3 minutes of audio and then listen back to the audio to see if any evps were captured. It was during this time that Christy’s audio recorder picked up distant talking which could not be made out clearly for words other than talking off at a distance. “Distant talking” Our group continued our audio baiting session and one of our members asked if the grandfather spirit of the owner could say hello to us in German and Christy’s audio recorder captured a man’s reply saying, “I don’t know.” It was also during this time that Kathy’s audio recorder picked up the clicking of flashlights turning on/off and the voices of the team, however a male voice is heard saying “Turn it off” when there was no male present in the area at the time. About 30 minutes later, Christy had been talking about some information that she had sensed with her psychic abilities when a male voice is heard asking “Why or what” right before she states, “because…”
After the EVP session, the team invited the owner, Scott Schwab and his wife Kathy to join in a second EVP session to see if his grandfather, Walter Schwab, would come through with a message. During this time, Scott had a number of experiences including a distinct smell that reminded him of exactly what his grandfather used to smell like. Christy was asking Scott if he smelled his grandfather from the side of his left shoulder. During this time another “unknown evp” voice was faintly and quickly picked up on Kathy’s digital recorder.
Walkthrough
After the equipment was set up, the team began a general walkthrough of the home. While in the master bedroom area, Christy’s audio recorder was sitting on the bed and captured a squeaking sound.
Break
After the walk-thru our team took a short break outside. Christy’s audio recorder was again placed in the living room area on a table. The homeowners were talking to each other and off and on when Christy’s audio recorder captured an EVP of a male voice saying, “Get out.”
After our investigation, our group began wrapping up and putting away our equipment. Christy and Gary were in the front reception room where we had set up base and Gary had a large flashlight which was standing on its end with the light face facing downwards. Gary made a comment to Christy about his flashlight sliding over about 4 inches. Christy’s audio recorder was still on and was sitting on the desk close to Gary’s flashlight and her audio recorder captured the movement of the flashlight. “Flashlight moving.”
Conclusion
Our group feels like this location does have a past family member, Walter Schwab still present in the location. We feel we can determine this by the personal experiences we had there while investigating and based off of the evidence we were able to record. The owners of the plant have stated they don’t care if Walter still hangs around as long as he helps out every now and then.
Psychic Investigator’s Comments
This was a very fun investigation for me as I was able to connect with the grandfather of the present owner of the company. I first encountered him in the label/packaging room and he came up to me right away and began to tell me things that I should relay to his grandson Scott. The grandfather voiced his concerns about the business and how he wanted his grand relatives to watch the finances, watch certain contractors
who were working on projects in the plant and he wanted the grandson Scott to remember good times and memories he had with them and to take time out for himself instead of working non-stop at the plant. I found the detailed information Walter gave to Scott and Kathy (grandchildren) very rewarding for them and found that Walter indeed cared very much for the plant and his life’s work he did there. He also cared a lot for his family and wanted only the best for them. He did state that he would be there in the plant watching over things. I did a personal sit-down session with Scott and Kathy and both were able to witness detailed personal information from answers to the questions they had for Walter. Walter seemed content sticking around watching over the plant and things he loved so dearly, including his family who still continue to run the Schwab Plant.
