Initial Interview:

This residence is currently occupied by a family with many children. Some of the current experiences in the home include:

The family feels like they are being watched.
They see shadows throughout the home.
They hear random laughter throughout the house.
The family hears someone running in the home.
They hear male, female and children's disembodied voices throughout the house.
Things fall randomly on their own in the home.

There have been no deaths in this home.

Historical/Factual/Relevant Info:

The client’s 638 sq. ft. home was built in 1956 on 0.16 acres. The home is a one-story ranch-style home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with one attached garage converted into a third bedroom. The last homeowner to purchase the home was in 1985 and then it was sold to a real estate company in 2004 and they currently manage the home in the way of a rental home.

It was thought that the area where the home sits was once used for military housing, but the use of the home for military housing could not be determined. It is however possible that the house could have been rented

to military members at any point in time prior to 1985. A search of local newspapers does not reveal any significant events occurring at the client’s home or surrounding areas.

Investigation Report

Client Interview

Our team arrived at the location around 7:45 pm and conducted a short in-home interview with the clients. During this interview, Gary had a personal experience. Our team was in the hallway with the clients listening to their claims when Gary felt a little tug to the left hand side of his shirt. We have recorded Gary's personal experience on video and have listed it here.

Setup

Our team began setting up equipment throughout the home. At 8:17pm, Donna’s audio recorder picked up an evp of a man’s voice saying, “relax” as Donna and Gary were discussing tripod set up. Also during this set up time, whispering was heard by several members of our team but this whispering was not captured on our audio recorders.

Around 9:15pm, Christy was in the kitchen area sitting at the DVR base looking at the cameras and guiding the rest of the team in the other rooms on the placement of the camera views. The lights were out and all Christy could see was the light from the monitor screen. Christy suddenly heard a man’s voice speak very loudly in her left ear saying, “I’m back.” This was captured on two different audio recorders. After Christy heard this, she left the kitchen area and went and told her team about what she had just experienced. Christy explained that at first she thought it was Gary’s voice but when she turned to look in the direction the voice had come from, there was no one there. Our team went back and took a lot of pictures and conducted a short evp session to see if

we could get more response from the voice Christy had heard so loudly in the kitchen. Unfortunately nothing else was experienced or recorded in the kitchen area. We took a video of Christy's account of this and have posted it below.

Walkthrough/Sweeps

Our team began our sweeps of the home. We started in the kitchen area of the house and worked our way around to each and every room of the home.

Something interesting to note is the area where the DVR base is set up in relevance to where the side door is. Right in front of the door area is where Christy heard the man's voice while she was sitting at base. You can see the short distance of around 3 feet from where Gary is sitting at base here in the picture to the door area where the man's voice was heard by Christy.

Sit Down

Our team conducted an initial sit-down in the daughter’s bedroom and in the master bedroom because we felt like those two rooms were more active than any of the other rooms. While in the daughter’s bedroom, an evp session was conducted. Around 9:57pm, Gary noticed a bright light anomaly on film and called all of us to the DVR base to check it out. This light anomaly was reviewed and recreation attempts were made, but our team came to the conclusion that we did not have an explanation for the light anomaly captured on video. We listed the light anomaly below in a video clip that shows it at 3 different speeds.

We spent some time in the daughter's bedroom again to see if we could witness any more unusual activity. After a while when it was quiet, we moved to the master bedroom area of the home. As we were sitting in the room, we began to witness several strange occurrences. One of the things we witnessed was footsteps and creaking of the floor in the hallway when no one was in there. This happened around 10:48pm. Our team had a geophone and camera set up in the hallway but the geophone was not activated and nothing was

captured on video. Our team also witnessed shadows passing back and forth in the hallway. We found it unique to see so many different shadows. This led us to believe that there might have been a portal like doorway in the hallway. We felt like this location had a crossroads of sorts where spirits would come and go.

Later in the master bedroom while doing our sit-down at 10:45pm, Christy felt like someone had ran their fingers through her hair. She told the team about what she had just felt. It was during this time that Christy’s audio recorder picked up a male’s voice saying, “Woah.” This was not heard audibly at the time by anyone present. While in the master bedroom, our team also began to get Rem Pod activations.

We decided to do a sit-down in the living room area. We had a laser grid set up in the hallway along with a green light to help look for shadows. On a couple of different occasions, we saw shadow movement in the hallway and each time these shadows broke the lines of our grid as they passed through it.

The female client had lost her mother in the past and had felt like her mother might have been there also in spirit. We decided to see if her mother was present so when we did our sit-down in the living room, Christy was able to connect with the client's mother. She relayed messages to Christy to give to her daughter. The mother did also verify that there were many other spirits that passed through the location off and on.

Wrap Up

Our team wrapped up our investigation around midnight. We waited on the clients to arrive home since we had a few questions for them and since Christy said she had a message she needed to give to the female homeowner.

Conclusion:

Our group feels like this residence has multiple spirits present that cross in and out through the portal doorway. We do feel like there are at least 3 spirits that frequent there a lot. One is a male spirit whom we believe might be the spirit of a former owner or resident of the home. The other spirit we believe to be that of a little girl who likes the residence due to the multiple children there. She described the home as a “fun” place to be. The third spirit there, we believe to be the spirit of the client’s mom. We feel she is there to help watch over the family. We do not feel like any of the spirits in the home are harmful.

Psychic Investigator’s Comments

When I first entered this house, I felt a surge of energy hit me shortly after I stepped into the entryway of the home. The energy made me dizzy and I knew that the night might be interesting for spirit activity. I felt like there might be the spirit of an older woman who felt like a grandmother to one of the homeowners. When I had the chance to go into the living room, I felt drawn to an old porcelain doll that was sitting

This investigation appeared to be like most other types of investigations in the beginning but I had quiet a few strange experiences here. One of the most memorable was when I was in the kitchen area during set up. The team was in different rooms checking camera angles and I was in the kitchen at the DVR base watching the cameras and giving the team feedback on how the cameras looked. The lights were out and I could only see the bright screen in front of me. Everything else around me was dark. It was around 9:15pm when I was sitting at the base in the kitchen. All the sudden I hear this man’s voice very loudly say, “I’m back,” in my left ear. It sounded like he was only a few inches away from my ear. This totally caught me off guard. I looked to my left expecting to see Gary because I thought he might have been messing with me, however when I looked, no one was there. I quickly got up and went into the living room a bit shaken to tell my team what had just happened. When we reviewed back our audio, this man’s voice was captured on two of our recorders, Gary’s audio recorder and mine.

I saw an older man in the location and he felt very territorial to the home. He wouldn’t give me his name or tell me much about him, but I couldn’t help but feel like he was somehow connected to the home’s past. I couldn’t help but think he was the one who said, “I’m back” in my ear. Maybe he had decided to stay in the home since he had past connections with it.

I felt like there was a portal of sorts in the middle of the hallway. I saw several spirits come and go from this portal. One of the spirits I saw was a man pushing an older man in a wheelchair. He looked at me and said, “Shhh, my dad is trying to take a nap.”

Another spirit was that of a little girl named Ashley. She liked the kids in the home and said that her mom let her come and play for a little while. This little girl appeared to be around 6 years old and was dark headed. She referred to the home as the “play house” and said that she always had fun when she came there.

The main spirit that was there was that of the female client’s mother. She conveyed to me that she was there to help her daughter. There was quite a bit of personal information that she relayed to me for her daughter, to include giving her a confirmation that it was really her. After our investigation I spoke to the female client and relayed the information to her from her mother. For personal reasons, I have chosen not to write the personal information here.
