The Oklahoma Paranormal Research and Investigations Case Manager is responsible for the following job duties:

Regularly reviewing email notifications for investigation requests.

Respond to investigation request inquiries in a timely manner to either:

deny case due to distance, irrational request, incomplete request documentation, unapproved demands of the requestor or other conditions as set by team leadership.

Or to schedule an appointment time to conduct a telephone or virtual interview.

Conduct telephone/virtual interviews to gather information for screening potential case for conditions set by team leadership.

If approved, case manager will contact client to schedule investigation according to team member availability.

If not approved, case manager will contact client to respectfully decline case and may offer requestor.

Attend scheduled investigations for a training and probationary period of at least 6 months or until a minimum of 5 investigations have been completed with a recommendation for continuation by supervising trainer.

Completed evidence review and personal written report (to include written details of client claims obtained during screening interview) by due date set by team leader.

Conflict Resolution: The ability to mediate and resolve conflicts that may arise during investigations is an important skill for case managers.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets, and other digital tools is necessary for modern paranormal investigation teams.
Screening Ability: Case managers need to be adept at filtering out false or exaggerated claims to focus on credible cases.
